• Joe

    ​Joe got hooked on fitness when he realized the benefits it had for sports performance (especially basketball, which he played in college at St. Joe’s).  After 15 years of owning and working in the trenches at Dynamics, Joe still loves helping people improve strength and movement quality. He believes fitness and nutrition are the real world’s fountain of youth!

    ​Outside the gym Joe loves spending time with his wife and son.

  • Jaime

    After working at a desk job for a handful of years, Jaime noticed she had developed some unhealthy habits.  She went through a journey of her own – becoming passionate about health and fitness and wanted to share her passion with others! She loves seeing people be proud of themselves and helping them in their journey to gain strength and lose weight.

    ​Outside the gym Jaime loves being with her dog Chloe, testing her gymnastic skills, and going out for a hike.

  • Jill

    ​Jill has always had a passion for healthy living and loves helping people become the best version of themselves.  She enjoys teaching people about how their bodies work and how to incorporate nutrient-dense foods and other healthy habits into their lifestyle.  

    ​Outside of the gym Jill loves skiing, hiking, cycling, and even skydiving!

  • Mariia

    Movement has always been a part of Mariia’s life.  A former professional dancer with 19 years of experience, she wanted to share her passion and continue working with the human body and its incredible abilities.  She loves people and is on a mission to prove that fitness can be a fun, sustainable, and rewarding way to change one’s relationship with themself and the world around them.

    ​Outside the gym Mariia loves traveling, yoga, and cooking.

  • Ryan

    ​Ryan got into fitness when he was 14 (originally to look better for girls!), but it turned out to be helpful for sports too, like volleyball which Ryan played in college.  It was that time in Ryan’s life, however, when Ryan realized how impactful fitness could be for other aspects of life.  He fell in love with helping people become better versions of themselves.  

    ​Outside the gym Ryan loves his dogs, traveling with his wife, reading, and playing dungeons and dragons.

  • Kelsy

    ​Kelsy has wide experience of athletic endeavors, including lots of water activities as well as BJJ.  She loves seeing how the body adapts and evolves with different challenges and has always found movement and strength to be the best medicine.  She also loves helping people find their true potential and seeing how their newfound strength, power, and capability ripples into the rest of their lives.

    ​Along with fitness Kelsy loves practicing cranio-sacral therapy, writing, and traveling.

  • Jessie

    ​Jessie began her fitness journey in middle school when she started competing in track.  Her love for fitness followed her into adulthood with activities like hiking, running, and fitness classes.

    ​After having three children and moving to Maine with her family, Jessie found Dynamics and was instantly hooked!  She loves seeing her clients work hard to accomplish their strength, balance, and agility goals!  

    ​Outside the gym Jessie loves spending time with her family, being outside, and her adorable cats!

  • Stephanie

    Stephanie always loved working out in high school and, after putting her flying career on hold to raise her kids, realized she wanted to pursue a career in fitness.  When she was introduced to Dynamics Fitness, she knew it was the place for her!  Now Stephanie loves showing people how strong they really are and seeing their joy when they conquer hard things.  She understands how it can be overwhelming to step into a gym or pick up a new piece of fitness equipment for the first time, and she loves guiding people to a place of confidence!

    ​Outside the gym Stephanie loves outdoor Maine activities with her husband and four kids as well as watching her kids’ sports!

  • Naomi

    ​Naomi got into fitness when she realized it was a way to cope with grief. She decided she would like to share this healthy coping mechanism with others. She loves seeing people work very hard and finish a workout with a smile on their face.

    ​Outside of the gym Naomi loves traveling, sushi, and reading!

  • Mike

    Mike got into fitness for aesthetics and athletics but quickly noticed the positive benefit to mental and emotional well-being.  He loves helping people improve their functional strength, longevity, and health span. “Being able to create a substantially positive impact on someone else’s life is truly a blessing!”

    ​Outside the gym Mike loves skiing, golf, and spending time with family.  

  • James

    James wants to help you live your happiest and healthiest life.  Coaching has been in his blood since he was a kid – always having an inner drive to help others.  He loves helping people feel better about who they are inside and out!

    ​Outside of the gym James loves traveling and his passion for acting!

  • Ben

    Ben has always enjoyed sports and being active growing up.  The connection between physical and mental health has been huge for Ben in adulthood.  He loves helping people feel strong and guiding them to build confidence along with their mental/physical health.  

    ​Outside the gym you’ll catch Ben spending time with his wife and young daughter as well as watching all New England sports teams.

  • Jamie

    Jamie started training with purpose for college baseball and has continued the habit ever since to help live a healthier life. He loves getting to know more about people’s lives and helping to increase their confidence.

    Outside the gym Jaime loves playing golf as well as family time with his wife and young daughter.

  • Danielle

    Danielle has been interested in health and fitness for most of her life, pursuing her interests in a master’s degree in human nutrition.  Along with being a personal trainer, Danielle is also a registered dietician and loves helping people build strength, confidence, and longevity with nutrition and lifestyle changes.

    ​Outside of the gym Danielle loves being on the lake and in nature as well as reading a good book.

  • Chad

    ​Chad’s first love was any team sport that was in season, which grew into an overall appreciation for health and fitness.  He loves seeing people grow with their physical health as well as inner strength, which he helps with inside and outside of the gym!  Along with personal training, Chad is a yoga teacher and mental health practitioner.  

    ​Outside the gym Chad enjoys riding his motorcycle, traveling, and playing music!

  • Ryan

    ​Ryan began training in high school to help with his basketball performance.  After playing at Saint Joseph’s College, he began a career with numerous roles in public health, including fitness training, nutrition counseling, health coaching, and chronic disease management.  His passion is serving others and helping guide them to the best version of themselves!

    ​Outside the gym Ryan lives with his wife and two sons, coaches basketball for Gorham High School, and loves reading and enjoying Miane’s coast/beaches.

  • Mike

    ​As a lifelong athlete, Mike found himself playing basketball at Saint Anselm College, which is where his passion took root.  After graduating, he began a career in training and coaching, which led to being the strength and conditioning coach at Bates College for twelve years.  Along with being a strength and conditioning coach, Mike is a licensed massage therapist and FRC practitioner.

    ​Mike lives in Lewison with his wife and two kids and loves being active with his family, playing sports, and hitting the golf course as often as he can!

  • Roux

    ​Roux’s fitness journey started with a deadlift, which turned into a passion for fitness and sharing it with others!  He loves helping people build strength in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.  

    ​Roux sees fitness as a doorway to a playful life and a better relationship with the bodies we currently have.

  • Lucy

    Lucy has always been passionate about fitness as her way to enjoy the great outdoors.

    Now she loves sharing fitness with others helping them gain strength and confidence in the gym and to help lead a healthy and happy life outside the gym.

    Along with lifting heavy weights, Lucy loves to cycle, rock climb, and eat bagels.

    She’s also competed in quite a few community races like Spartan obstacle courses and most recently a trail ultramarathon.

  • Danielle

    Danielle has had an interest in strength training most of her adult life. She recently became very passionate about the benefits it has on aging.

    Practicing as a dental hygienist for 20 years, she has always cared about her patients health and she is looking forward to helping clients in the gym on their personal health journey.

    Outside of the gym she can be found with her husband, three young kids and 2 dogs, fishing, hiking, gardening and doing Pilates.  She also lives in the kitchen and enjoys trying new recipes.

  • Ilan

    Ilan got into fitness through 25 years of guiding mountain expeditions in South America and Alaska, where he learned firsthand that strength and conditioning aren’t just about performance – they’re about longevity and staying capable for the adventures that matter most.  

    ​Ilan is passionate about helping people build strength that lasts a lifetime, especially through weight training.  He believes that consistent exercise is the foundation for staying healthy and active throughout your entire lifespan, whether you’re training for your next mountain expedition or just want to keep up with life’s demands.  

    ​Outside the gym Ilan loves trail running, hiking, skiing, mountaineering and rock climbing.  He’s excited to build a community at Dynamics where members motivate each other and support one another’s outdoor pursuits and fitness goals.
